*Note - this is one of the rare occasions I actually like something semi-orange flavored. Normally, my tongue despises anything orange-y.
As I mentioned in the last post, while looking for non-dairy additions for my coffee, I was talked into buying whipped cream-flavored vodka. (The label actually states that it is imitation whipped cream flavored vodka...really?) As soon as I brought it home & took a taste, I instantly was reminded of those little Dixie cups we had in elementary school, with the flat wooden spoons and orange sherbet. The following shot should remind you of the same thing:
1/2 shot Cointreau
1/2 shot whipped cream vodka (Pinnacle)
splash orange juice
No wooden spoon required!
You could also vary this by adding it to Perrier for a little fizz, or skipping the Cointreau altogether and just putting the whipped cream vodka in orange juice.
