Coco-coffee Shake

Rarely do I admit when I buy or partake in something as vile sounding as 'whipped cream vodka', but when I was looking for something to put in my coffee that wasn't Bailey's, I thought I'd give it a try. Obviously the cheap price helped; these types of vodkas are geared toward fresh green 21-year olds who don't know any better.
Bailey's is good, but not for people such as myself who are lactose semi-tolerant. And until they develop a dairy free version of it, I have to come up with different ideas!

Vary quantities to taste:
1/2 - 3/4 c Dark-brewed coffee, made with freshly ground beans like Peet's
1 shot whipped cream-flavored vodka
3-4 T coconut milk (sweetened or unsweetened, I used unsweetened)
1 shot Kahlua
Ice

Place ice in blender first, then add vodka, Kahlua, and coconut milk. Add coffee, then blend. I added a bit more coconut milk to mine to make it super creamy but others that I made this for thought it a little too rich. You can also use light coconut milk, if desired. Cinnamon could be good sprinkled on top too :-).
