This February has proven unseasonably sunny and non-rainy here in Portland, which as gotten me super excited for a new gardening season. This year I am proud to say that Brandon and I have created a 9' x 30' patch of farmland, where we'll be planting everything from Acorn Squash to Zucchini. That much pasture should yield some pretty sweet crops.
I've never had acreage like this to plant a garden in. So, in an effort to log what we do this year so we'll know what to do and not to do next year, I'll be posting pictures of our progress. I will also be keeping track of the recipes I'm creating along the way, for prosperity :-).
